These 12-week programs are structured into three progressive 4-week blocks and are tailored for intermediate to advanced athletes aged 16 and above. Each includes two gym-based strength and power sessions per week, plus a dedicated primer session to prep your body for peak game-day performance. Introducing Handles, a focused 6-week ball handling program designed to help young basketball players improve their control, confidence, and coordination with the ball. Split into three progressive 2-weeks blocks, this program delivers 3 x 10-minute sessions per week - making it easy to fit in around school, training, or other sports.
