Meet josie

Josie Bulman is a highly qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach specialising in basketball physical preparation. With eight years of coaching experience and 19 years as a player, Josie understands the demands of the game from both an athlete’s and a coach’s perspective.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Management, ASCA Level 1, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, and is currently completing a Master’s in High-Performance Sport (2025).

Josie has worked with athletes at every level, from junior development players to NCAA athletes and Olympians, helping them build strength, power, speed, and injury resilience. Through Josie Bulman Fitness, she provides basketball-specific strength & conditioning programs designed to optimise performance and longevity in the sport.

Whether working with aspiring young athletes or elite competitors, Josie’s mission is clear - to help basketball players train smarter, move better, and perform at their highest level.
