High Performance Coaching
“the best way to become a better basketball player is you’ve got to be bigger, faster, and stronger in order to execute those skills that you’re working on every day.”
Performance Program
The Performance Program provides fully customised, basketball-specific strength and conditioning designed around your season, schedule, training environment, and performance goals.
You’ll begin with an initial consultation to establish your goals, workload, training history, and available facilities. From there, you’ll receive a personalised training program that is updated weekly to reflect progression, fatigue, and season demands. You’ll also have access to message support for exercise clarification, swaps, and schedule adjustments, as well as a monthly Zoom check-in to review progress and plan ahead.
This service operates on an 8-week minimum commitment, allowing adequate time for physical adaptation and meaningful progress. It’s best suited to athletes who want structured, evolving programming and professional guidance, while training independently without intensive ongoing coaching.
Elite Coaching Program
The Elite Coaching Program is a high-touch coaching partnership where your training and performance are actively managed.
You’ll start with a high-performance consultation to map out your goals, injury history, competition calendar, and key performance indicators. Your training program is fully customised and updated weekly, with adjustments made based on game loads, RPE, fatigue, travel, and performance feedback. Athletes can upload videos for movement and technique feedback, and receive ongoing communication around recovery strategies, tapering, and load management. A scheduled monthly Zoom performance review (15–30 minutes) is included to assess progress, review performance trends, and plan the next phase of training.
This service has an 8-week minimum commitment, reflecting the hands-on nature of the coaching and the need for consistent monitoring and progression. It’s designed for athletes who want regular feedback, accountability, and informed coaching decisions 0 similar to how professional athletes are supported throughout a season.
